How Much Can You Earn with Bima Sakhi Yojana? Stipend and Commission Breakdown

Women enrolled under Bima Sakhi Yojana would be entitled to a commission of ₹48,000 (one time payment and exclusive of cash bonuses) in the first year. And in addition to this, they will get a monthly stipend of ₹7,000 in the initial year. From the second year onwards, stipend shall decrease to ₹6,000 if a minimum 65% of the policies achieved in the first year are still active at the end of the month during the second year. During the third year the stipend will be further reduced to ₹5,000 upon same conditions. This scheme is developed to provide women not only with financial security but also to achieve policy retention objectives.
